KITTED SA – TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of https://kittedsa.co.za (“Site”) and all purchases from Kitted SA (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Brand & Product Disclaimer: All brand names, team names, trademarks, and logos on this
website remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely to describe and
identify the authentic apparel and merchandise offered for sale.

We operate as an independent retailer of branded apparel and sports merchandise. Unless
expressly stated otherwise, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an
authorized dealer or distributor of any brands, clubs, leagues, or manufacturers featured on this
website.
All products sold are genuine branded goods, lawfully sourced and supplied in their original
form. Any manufacturer warranties, guarantees, or after-sales service offered by the brand
owner may not apply to purchases made through our store.

1.1 All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
1.2 We reserve the right to modify prices, products, or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
1.3 An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received and processed.

2. PRODUCTS & REPRESENTATION

2.1 Product images are illustrative; colours may vary slightly.
2.2 Measurements are approximate and may vary within manufacturing tolerances.

3. CUSTOM & PERSONALISED ITEMS

Custom items include:

Name & number printed kits
Custom artwork
Made-to-order team kits
Bulk team orders
Any item altered at customer request

No returns or refunds are permitted for custom items, except where defective due to manufacturing error.

Customers are responsible for:

Correct spelling
Correct number selection
Correct size selection

Section 17(1)(c) of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) applies — the cooling-off period does not apply to custom-made goods.

4. NON-CUSTOM ITEMS – STORE CREDIT ONLY

For non-custom items:

Must be requested within 7 days of delivery
Must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging

Approved returns will receive store credit only.

Store credit:

Valid for 6 months from issue date
Non-transferable
Cannot be redeemed for cash
Cannot be used for gift cards

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If a product is defective, damaged, or supplied incorrectly:

Notify us within 48 hours with photo evidence
Options under CPA Section 56: repair, replacement, or refund

This applies only to genuine manufacturing defects, not misuse, wear & tear, incorrect washing, or sizing dissatisfaction.

6. SIZING & FIT

Size charts are provided for guidance
Correct sizing is the customer’s responsibility
Sizing dissatisfaction qualifies only for store credit (non-custom items)

7. PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders are subject to supplier availability
Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed
Delays due to suppliers, customs, or couriers are beyond our control
Pre-orders may not be cancelled once processing begins

8. DELIVERY & RISK

Delivery times are estimates only
We are not responsible for courier delays or force majeure events
Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation by courier

Customers must ensure accurate shipping details; incorrect addresses are their responsibility.

9. PAYMENT & CHARGEBACK PROTECTION

Payments processed via secure third-party gateways
We do not store full card details
Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested using:
- IP address logs
- Delivery confirmation
- Customer communications
- Order metadata

False chargebacks may constitute fraud under South African law.
