We ship orders using The Courier Guy, with parcels delivered directly to your door across South Africa.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM Monday–Friday are dispatched the same business day.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM are dispatched the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are shipped on the next business day.
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are sent so you can follow your parcel's progress.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
- Major cities & metropolitan areas: 1–2 business days
- Regional areas: 2–3 business days
- Remote / outlying areas: 3–5 business days
These are estimates and may vary because of weather, peak periods, public holidays or courier delays outside our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive your shipping confirmation, Courier Guy tracking number and a tracking link to monitor delivery progress.
